Zawady House

Zawady is an elegant, contemporary family home designed with a young couple in mind. The interiors are light and serene, creating a timeless setting for everyday life while balancing understated elegance with the warmth and ease of a family home.

The design is built around a palette of natural tones, delicate textures and simple, harmonious forms. Light wood, soft fabrics and bespoke cabinetry come together to create a cohesive interior where elegance never comes at the expense of functionality. Every element was carefully considered to keep the spaces feeling light and timeless, while responding naturally to the needs of a young family.

The living spaces were designed for spending time together - from everyday meals around the dining table to quiet evenings in the seating area. Thoughtful built-in storage keeps the interiors uncluttered and visually calm, while carefully selected furniture, lighting and artwork bring a sense of individuality and character.

Throughout the house, recurring materials, colours and proportions create a natural sense of continuity between the different spaces. The bedroom is soft and serene, while the bathrooms combine light surfaces with natural wood and understated details.

This is a home created for a life that is still taking shape - elegant, light and timeless, yet above all, connected to the everyday lives of its residents. A space made for both shared moments and the quiet rituals of family life.
